Responsible for Content design and UX writing for the SmartBug Industry pages. Focus was on the Value Proposition Statement on the Industry homepage. From there, persona development was developed to pinpoint the appropriate tone and messaging for this use case.

Page Headline Titles and Content Layout for purposes of inbound conversion - “Who We Serve”, “How We Help”, “What Our Clients Say”.
Card Descriptions to describe to the user how we can help them - “Implement Results-Driven Strategies”, “Increase Sales and Marketing Efficiencies”, “Drive Marketing with Compelling Content”, “Build a Persona-Driven Brand”.
Senior Care Value Proposition Statement - “With the right digital agency partner for your healthcare marketing strategies, you can focus more on what matters most: your patients.”
The user persona research and interviewing process was no small feat being that it was conducted for all three industries. About 12 interviews were done in total and information was gathered to best highlight the ideal SmartBug customer within each vertical.
The sitemap was focused on integrating in the industry pages as well as redesigning the navigation for future pages to come.
The wireframes were created using Sketch and went through three iterations each with prototyping done using Invision.
The industry pages were designed in collaboration with another member of the team and turned out beautiful. All three industry pages are live and can be found on the smarbugmedia.com site.
Overall, this project was one of the most challenging I have done so far due to the magnitude of the content on these pages and their impact on revenue and returns for the company. It involved intensive research and buyer persona work, as well as many iterations on the wires and sitemap. I learned a lot and feel much more comfortable and confident handling larger projects in the future thanks to the experience gained through working with SmartBug Media. I am grateful to have been part of such an exciting UX project.
